The Experience


Consult Call | After you’ve read all about us + our FAQ, it’s time to schedule your complimentary consultation! It’s super quick (15 minute) phone call where we get to know each other, you get all the deets, and you get to ask whatever questions you may have! After the call, you’ll get a welcome email that has all our information and pricing. Easy peasy!

Book Your Session | You’ll either need to decide on a date during the call, or book pretty soon after (our calendar fills up quickly!) Your $250 non-refundable retainer fee is also due at this time.

Pick Your Collections | Decide what digital collection you want + if you want to do a print collection. Set up a payment plan if you need to. Start thinking about what you want to wear (text Rachel if you have questions!) Book hair and make up (if that’s your thing!)

Time to Prep | We’ll jump on a Zoom call a couple of weeks before your appointment to discuss preparing for your session, finalizing outfit choices, and collaborate on posing.

Session Time | The best part! You’ll spend about an hour and half in front of the camera. We’ll wrap up the session by picking out your album cover, box covers, and customizations!

Edits + Product Delivery | Once you’ve approved the final edits, we’ll release the digital gallery and if you selected a print collection, we’ll get that ordered! Once your prints pass our inspection, they’ll be available for you to pick up from our studio.
